From the Bottle Chaos to the Community Corner
How Parloa Eliminates 70% of Logistics Effort and Inspires the Team Sustainably.
The tech company Parloa is revolutionising customer communication. Through smart AI solutions, companies are supported in making their customer interactions more efficient and scalable without losing the human component.
Before Re:Drink: High Manual Effort and Hidden Costs.
Before the changeover, the supply of Getränke was solved by Brita dispensers and traditional bottles. This system worked in the short term but caused significant manual efforts: "The constant ordering, storage, carrying, and return of crates unnecessarily tied up resources." For a growing company like Parloa, this was not an efficient or sustainable system.
The management and refilling cost the workplace team about an hour daily.
„Our previous solution led to hidden costs: additional storage space, complex supplier coordination, and lost time. For a growing company like Parloa, this was neither an efficient nor sustainable system.“

With Re:Drink: 70% Time Savings and a Happy Team.
Parloa was looking for a system that does more than just replace bottles. Re:Drink proved to be a fully circular, waste-reducing solution that combines convenience with a clear sustainability impact. The entire procurement, ordering, and coordination process now runs automatically. The maintenance effort is minimal.
The team spends less than 15 minutes per week maintaining the dispenser and recovers about 70% of the time compared to the old logistics.
The Re:Drink team takes care of everything else: "The service is very reliable. We had only a few minor issues, and the support responded quickly and professionally."

Jessica Tilz
Workplace Manager at Parloa
Deep-Dive: Here is the entire interview
What motivates you at work and what is your role at Parloa?
Jessica Tilz: I am a Workplace Manager at Parloa. My role focuses on creating a functional and welcoming workplace that fits our culture. I ensure everything from office operations to employee experience runs smoothly.
What motivates me most is helping people feel comfortable and connected. I love finding practical and sustainable solutions to make the daily office routine easier and more enjoyable, whether through better design or efficient processes. It inspires me to see how small changes positively affect daily energy and team collaboration.
What does Parloa do and what do you stand for?
Jessica Tilz: Parloa is a tech company based in Berlin that is revolutionizing customer communication through AI-powered automation. We enable companies to develop intelligent, conversational solutions that make customer interactions more efficient, scalable, and human. Our culture is guided by our six core values, including: We think customer first, We set the bar high and We've got each other's backs.
How was the Beverage supply managed before Re:Drink? What challenges and costs were there?
Jessica Tilz: Previously, we used Brita water dispensers and traditional bottled Beverages. It was ok in the short term, but involved significant manual effort: from inventory tracking to ordering, storing, carrying, and returning large quantities of bottles and crates.
Apart from the environmental impact, this process led to hidden costs: additional storage space, frequent coordination with suppliers, and time lost managing deliveries. It was not an efficient or sustainable system for a growing company.
Did you test other solutions? What makes Re:Drink better in comparison?
Jessica Tilz: We evaluated other Beverage systems, but all involved masses of bottles or almost no service.
Re:Drink stood out because it offered a fully circular, low-waste solution that combined convenience with a clear sustainability impact.
Unlike other options, Re:Drink doesn't just replace bottled Beverages; it transforms the workplace experience. The design, ease of use, and variety of flavours are well received by employees and eliminate unnecessary logistics on our side.
Has Re:Drink changed efficiency/productivity in the office?
Jessica Tilz: Re:Drink has had a clear, positive impact on office efficiency. Our workplace team now spends significantly less time sourcing, ordering, and coordinating Beverage deliveries. Everything runs automatically, and the maintenance effort is minimal.
Before: Management took about an hour daily. Now: It's a quick check-in process that takes just a few minutes.
How reliable is the service? How often have you had problems? How much time does your team spend on maintenance?
Jessica Tilz: The service is very reliable. Since installation, we've only had minor issues, and the support was quick and professional. There have been no significant disruptions.
On average, our team spends less than 15 minutes a week on dispenser maintenance – mainly for refilling or cleaning. The Re:Drink team takes care of everything else seamlessly.
How did your team perceive the previous solutions? Were there complaints?
Jessica Tilz: The feedback was mixed. Employees appreciated that Beverages were available, but there were recurring comments about the limited variety, storage chaos, and environmental impact of the bottles. The switch to Re:Drink received positive feedback as it combines convenience and sustainability.
Does Re:Drink help position Parloa as an attractive employer?
Jessica Tilz: The solution shows how we think about our culture: conscientious, thoughtful, and caring. It proves that we pay attention to details that make a difference for our employees and the planet. New employees often notice it immediately during onboarding – it's one of those simple moments that quietly says: We care.
How has the introduction affected the working atmosphere?
Jessica Tilz: The Re:Drink points have become a small but meaningful part of our daily office life. People often gather there for a quick chat, try new flavours, or refill their bottles before a meeting. It has helped create a more social and relaxed atmosphere in the kitchen areas.
What do you not like? Where is there room for improvement?
Jessica Tilz: Overall, our experience has been great. If I could improve something, it would be a wider selection of sugar-free flavours. We would also appreciate larger essence boxes to further reduce the frequency of exchanges – but this is already on Re:Drink's roadmap.
How are you experiencing collaboration?
Jessica Tilz: Communication is easy, responses are quick, and the team really cares about customer feedback. The service feels personal and reliable, which makes a big difference in daily operations.
Were there initial concerns when introducing the device? If so, how were they overcome?
Jessica Tilz: Initially, some colleagues were sceptical – mainly wondering if the flavours would taste natural or if the system would be easy to use. But once they tried it, they were enthusiastic.
How important is sustainability to Parloa? Has environmental awareness in the team changed through Re:Drink?
Jessica Tilz: Sustainability was one of our workplace team's key initiatives in 2025. We want to create a work environment that supports responsible, eco-friendly habits. Re:Drink has helped us bring this initiative to life – it reduces plastic waste and increases environmental awareness across the team. Re:Drink serves as a simple, daily reminder that sustainability and convenience can go hand in hand.
